This articles talks Native Americans Students Education.  the article stated that only 46 percents of Native American students graduated high school and about 17 percent of the students attend colleges. Native Americans students faces many challenges regarding their educations, challenges such as not  knowin to, filled in aplications. the reason being because Native american sstudents are the first in their family to consider college, and their is no one in the family to assists them, through the process for search for a good collages thats suit their interests. the article aslo talks about different programs created to assists Native Americans students with their educations. so that they could reach their goal, and have more chances, and to be able to compet with other racial groups suchs as the African Americans, the white Americans, the Hispanic.....

Our interfareance to the native americans  back in those days has cause so many problems for them today. and this is the time for the young americans teen, and adult today to help contribute to the health and and probelms to the native Americans. "The history of Native Americans symbolizes the long path of American history – and in the 20th century the nation and the race continued to intersect through world wars, cold wars and cultural wars."

Literature writer Paul C. Rosier state in his book that; " Native Americans' struggles for rights and justice are – like the efforts of African Americans – an integral part of the development of American society." in comparsing to the africans americans fighting for their right and to be equal, today native americans are fighting to keep their history, their traditional ways so that in geenerations to comes and their kids kids can known about their ethnic background.

Obama adminsistry help contribute money to help "provided a measure of justice to American Indians, who, despite the poor treatment accorded them in matters such as trust accounts, racial discrimination, and treaty violations, have acted patriotically in the name of an America that champions cultural pluralism, minority rights, and international law."

Though the native american shelp serve the country during the work time, after the war they were denied the right to vote " Yet when they returned to New Mexico in 1945 the Navajo Codetalkers and Ira Hayes (Pima), who helped raise the flag on Iwo Jima, were denied the right to vote."

Though they are treated negtatively they continue to help serve their country to protect their land. it is our time as young americans citizens to help brings back salvation tot he native americans. this is one of the issues of the dropped out of native Americans students in school. Vivian Alphonse "Her mother had cancer and was weak from chemotherapy. The bills piled up and eventually, Alphonse and her mother were evicted from their home."

 
this is a research that proves that the dropped out of school for young Vivian is not an usually thing because she isn't the only one that going through this, many other Native American Students are facing the same issue, and some for other issues; "Alphonse's mother is a member of the Salish tribe of British Columbia's Vancouver Island. Data compiled by state agencies shows her story of dropping out of high school is not unusual among native students"
Many young Native Americans Students are dropping out of school because of some family issues and sorts. researches have shown the percentile rate of dropped out rate and comparing the rate with other Americans groups..." Reports by the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction reveal that Native American students in grades nine through 12 dropped out of high school at a rate of 11.5 percent during the 2007-2008 school year. That was the highest out of five racial groups surveyed -- American Indian, Asian/Pacific Islander, black, Hispanic and white."
Judy in her article shows research evidence of the rate of dropped for Native Americans high school students is been increasing high than other other racial groups in America "Preceding years show the same patterns. Native American students have far fewer numbers compared to the four other racial groups, but their dropout rates have continually topped the charts." 
A professor and a tribal member of the Native Americans, stated that the " He said another factor contributing to high dropout rates is the history native tribes have had with European settlers involving war, disease and marginalization"

this article is talks about a native american girl Vivian Alphonse, who dropped out from high school due to some family issues. not only does this article only talks about Vivian but also talks about many others Native Americans study who also dropped out of high school for other issues. this article also give a rate of the number of native Americans students who dropped out and the article also comparing the dropped out percentage to other types of american groups such as the African Americans, Hispanic, white and Asians. the percentage of dropped out of native Americans is higher than the other groups.

No there wasn't any bias detected as i was reading. i dint catch any bias whats so ever in the article.

the author uses Michael Pavel a Skokomish tribal member and a professor making it stronger. the cited references didn't take away from her work.
